iPad is unlocked &amp; factory reset<br>It use to turn on but doesn’t anymore. If you plug it in to charger and turn the power on the Apple logo will appear briefly and then go away to then return a few seconds later and it will just do that. I haven’t tried anything past a couple minutes of charging.<br>Comes with a replacement screen and tools that I had bought to replace myself but I have a larger iPad that I use more often and I don’t really want to mess with this one.
